We’re Towards Health, the team creating happy, healthy and vibrant workplaces through tailored workplace design and custom strategies. We back up teams, organisations, and individuals to help them achieve safe and healthy practices in their organisation.
To do this, we combine principles from occupational therapy with ergonomics. It means we consider the obvious physical elements as well as the capacity of your team, the culture, how they communicate, and every tiny detail in between. Then, with this holistic view, we start implementing the strategies that drive change.
